At HolloMen, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion piece doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log into your HolloMen account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garments are in unworn, pristine condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
